Several years ago, Bourjois launched a range of mini products. I worked on the merchandising and really both the products and creating imaginative ways of displaying them. By their nature, minis are small & fiddly – but fun! Sadly, Mini Bourjois only lived for a few years as mini products went out of fashion, but they certainly seem to be having a renaissance at the moment, especially with the trend for handbag-sized, on-the-go products. Once again EcoVadis has placed us in the top 30% of companies audited and twenty points above average for our sector. The EcoVadis auditing process is based on international CSR standards and covers 21 criteria in four key areas: Fair Business Practices, HR & Labour Practices, Environment and Sustainable Procurement. This wonderful audit result reflects our efforts to continually improve every aspect of our business.
So, Christmas is upon us once again, and we have been enjoying the displays in the stores. We ran a quick vox pop with our Focus Panel and asked them which of six displays they preferred. My personal favourite was MAC, but the overall winner was Estee Lauder because it was clear and showed make up results and how to achieve them. Read more
