The rise in interest in all things Halloween can’t have escaped many people’s notice. The latest figures from Mintel forecast Halloween spending to rise by 5% to £420m from £400m in 2017 (up from £310 million in 2016).

We have been looking into the increasing popularity of musical festivals, and what amazing untapped marketing potential exists there.
The number of festival visitors in the UK grew by over one million in the three years between 2012 and 2016, from 2.79 million to 3.9 million, with 60% aged 30 years or younger.

The exhibition, A Sensory Journey Through Contemporary Scent, was held at Somerset House in London (21st June – 7th September), and was an olfactory journey that explored ‘perfumer provocateurs’ who have worked on their palette of ingredients to formulate original and daring scents which assault your senses.
